Midtown builders came in and remodeled our one-car garage into a mud/laundry room. We really enjoy the space and it has made life much more convenient for us. Kurt and Dave were very professional and were flexible to our changing needs. They did point out several concerns with our garage structure. Then they offered several ways to fix the issues, with prices. We were able to decide if we should make the changes or not. All the work they did was of high quality and I believe it will carry us far. We've even asked them to come back and redo our driveway.

Dave Thomas was very professional and responsive. He was the only company out of about 15 contacted that actually followed up with the request and provided a written quote. He completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget. We would definitely use Midtown Builders again for any concrete project.

Working with these guys will restore your faith in contractors. They communicate well. They keep their word - including about when they will start and end a project. They work hard. They do great work. I have already referred them to three friends! Midtown Builders managed every issue that arose over the course of the project. They were flexible and creative in the ways they solved problems with their sub-contractors and with our site. I own a consulting business and I learned a few things from Dave and his crew.

Working with Kurt and Dave was a totally enjoyable experience. They are professional and extremely talented. Their design of all my concrete work and the beautiful patio, stone walls and pergola that they built for me is wonderful. I have nothing but compliments to say about Midtown Builders.
