Great experience, looks darn good, Kenny was very skilled at installing our deck. I wanted a little larger deck, but the cost was out of our range. My neighbors and friends are still raving over our deck. Thanks Kenny for a job well done.

Over charged for door and installation, communication was terrible.

Roof was put on in November 2018, the weather was too cold but the company said they put roofs on at those temperatures all the time. Numerous calls to company to complain about buckling of shingles, only to be blocked by administrative secretary. More calls before the project manager got involved, almost a year later, roofing materials were found to be defective by shingle company. Over an additional month now and the company has not responded about replacing the defective roof. Midtown Home Improvements has not provided documentation of the Class 4 Impact Resistant shingle as agreed upon in our original contract.

The independent 3rd party contractor and the granite company were great. The Midtown rep. told us if we signed right now, as he was filling up a sudden opening in their production schedule we would get 8-12 weeks installation. 16 weeks and 5 days later.... I didn't like their business practices/sales pitch. I told the wife, before the salesman/project manager left that he was lying on his sudden opening in the production schedule and the fast turn around if we sign right then But the wife wanted Granite and believed this slickster.

Midtown replaced all of the soffits and fascia on my house. They did the entire job in one day, and it looks fantastic. Price wise, they’ll work with you a bit, and will keep you regularly posted on the project process before they actually come out to do the job.

I've had a couple of projects done with these guys. Both a heavy duty exterior door on a multi-family rental property and a roof replacement. They won't be the cheapest quote you get (and might even be the most expensive), but you do get what you pay for. They were very professional throughout the sales cycle, stayed in frequent contact regarding timelines and delivered very high quality work.

They did my kitchen last year and I am still having people wanting to see it!

E-shield was installed in my attic and I can feel a drastic difference in the comfort of the second story this summer. Everyone was very professional.

The crew showed up on time. They were all very polite. And well prepared to do the job. It did take 12 hours to do, with some breaks and lunch included. Cleaned up around the yard very well.

Vinyl Picket Fence & Gate: from Sales to Installation & Cleanup, a very professional group ... quality is solid ... finished product is VERY clean and proportioned well with respect to post placement ... they paid particular attention to the storm sewer grate in the backyard and knew the city/county codes for closeness, etc. ... first rate!

The Salesman came to my house, measured out my fence and included my neighbors fence which I had no intention of replacing or putting one right next to it. His bid started at 26,000 for what looked like a quality vinyl type fence (samples were shown). I have no doubt the fence material is great. When I said no, he continued going down in price, finally to 13,742. He put on high-pressure sales, saying the offer is only good today, this is the best, greatest, etc... finally, he convinced me with a 3-minute financing application. I signed on the dotted line and he finally left about 2 1/2 hours after he arrived. He and a person he claimed was his boss said they were going to canvass the neighborhood to convince others that they needed the outrageously expensive fence. Later that night, I canceled the contract, put a stop payment on the check to them and overnighted them the official document so that it would definitely be in their hands before the required three days was up. Very pushy tactics, great looking fence, way out of my price range. A fence should not cost the same as a car.

We purchased a 6foot white vinyl privacy fence from Midtown Home Improvements. The entire process was smooth and worry free. They were always in communication with us, updating us with every step of the process. Once we signed on the dotted line, they took it from there, for example, they pulled the permits for the job. Their crew was professional, respectful and clean, always picking up their work area. Due to weather, it took 1.5 days to finish the project. We were impressed with the speed of the project and how well it was done. The fence looks beautiful! It provides us with the privacy we have been longing for and the look we imagined. We highly recommend using Midtown Home Improvement for any project you have in mind.

They were efficient and came when they said they would. The salesman was knowledgeable and not really pushy. Quoted me only what I wanted and didn t try to push more services They were great

Better negotiations on my part would gotten a better Project n Better Price, NOT Happy with Cost or Cost per Product, - SMALL For Price 10x10 ?? - Price with 10x12 ???

Not thorough in estatememt

Very professional through the entire process. I had them install five new windows in my 100-year old home. I thought the price was fair and the work was completed on time and as promised. I have several other projects in mind and will definitely use Midtown Home Improvements if I decide to go ahead with them.

Very thorough, no nonsense attention to details--We are very pleased with the countertops!
