Patio Cover: This was the best improvement to our new home. Midtown Home Improvements uses high grade materials. The added strength was one of my concerns for wind and weather. My expectations were met and surpassed. The construction crew was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Complete cleanup after the completion was excellent. The initial install went smoothly, however there were insufficient materials in the project package to complete the job. The patio roof also had a small leak. Both issues were corrected quickly. The final result was good.

I had my concrete patio screened in by Midtown. They did a great job from beginning to end. They helped me with the HOA approval submission and the actual work was done very smoothly. The crew arrived at the scheduled time, they were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, did a fantastic job and cleaned up. They also made sure I was completely satisfied, and I was! Midtown Home Improvements did a really excellent job for me and I would highly recommend them for your projects.

They demolished the deck and completely rebuilt and enlarged it with PVC decking. It is beautiful and my son-in-law who is a contractor says that if a tornado comes through get under the deck and hold on. The house may fall down but the deck will survive!

Midtown Home Improvements made my dreams come true by building my beautiful backyard deck. My old deck was seriously deteriorating and something had to be done. Midtown was that something. I am truly in awe of what they have done and in search an amazing timeframe. It didn't even take a week to complete. Tory was the builder, and he did an awesome job. When I first saw him, I asked when other builders were coming. He said he was the only builder, but he was a "one-man-show". Every time I look out at my deck, I smile. Thank you! We had a deck built by Midtown. It was a little more expensive than we were planning but we are glad we did it. They had professional workmanship and built it in a timely manner. No waiting around for workers to show up, even in the somewhat remote town where are lake house is located. It was also a bit challenging because of the side of a hill it was built on. There were no shortcuts and it was done right! It turned out beautifully. Don’t go with the cheapest price to build a deck. You’ll get what you paid for. Use this family owned professional company. You’ll be glad you did.

First letter me say the deck installation was excellent and much kept us in the communication. We paid the deposit and at the end of the completion per the contract the full amount per the invoice. Big mistake has I was told the siding would be repaired when it came in and it takes 10 to 12 weeks. This was April and now it's August. I started calling in July and left messages for someone to call me. 3/4 messages left for several people to call me back. I finally talked to Tony 2 weeks ago and he said he THINKS that the siding he has,but it wasn't ordered has i was told it would be in april. I called back again 2 times since and left a message one time for him to call me. He never did. During the project Nolan called me once or twice to check on progress. I have never heard anything from the salesman since the evening we met and picked out the deck and signed the contract. My displeasure with this whole project is the lack of follow- midstate gives a big presentation of being reputable

On time everyday till completed, replaced any water damage, always communicated, very good craftsmanship. They were a little disappointing on the cleanup. But very satisfied otherwise.

Midtown did an awesome job on this project, from helping me decide what design was best for me and offering a solid payment plan that I could work with shortly after buying a home, to scheduling the project and maintaining constant communication throughout the process. The help with getting the stuff I needed for HOA approval was a breeze and the project was completed in a day and they even managed to get the project on the calendar a month sooner than initially planned. Overall my experience with midtown and the people there was a 5/5! The back patio cover is an awesome addition to my home and seems like it's built to last.

We absolutely love the new picture window over the kitchen sink. It's beautiful and appears to have been installed properly. The job was quick. We thought it was an expensive job though.
