Midtown Roofing in Liberty Township Ohio Sales person Nate Phipps (Introduced himself as the son of the owner) I gave this company 3 building to re-roof for ove r $30,000. All 3 roofs leak in the cornet of all of the gutters, 2 of the roofs leak and 2 of the downspouts ended 2 feet above the ground level dumping the water to the foundation causing leaks in the basement. I have called and text many times, the first time Nate answered the phone and said he will check but never called or checked, on the following calls he does not respond to my calls, texts and voice mail. So all of the quality talks in their web site and Nates Warranty talk are just BS.

Midtown's standards are non-existent. Terrible experience. Mostly unskilled labor that the rep told me "they are all related and learn on the job" as 6 of them were tearing off my old roof". Midtown did not replace the flashing per the insurance scope and the Atlas Shingles never laid flat because it "wasn't hot enough". I was told it would take some warm days until they do. They cut corners, make promises and outright lie. Rep Brian even forged my name on an insurance check made out to me. Six months in, this is what my roof looks like. Steer clear of this unethical contractor!

Installation was great ,couple years later lost some shingles and call to get replaced. Called and left messages for 3 months, no return call or anything

Got my job done before my deadline. Had some minor issues with installers and Danny was quick to make it right. Overall I was satisfied and his response time was excellent! I would recommend midtown roofing to others!
