Very thorough with coming out and measuring a couple of times. I had new columns (5) put in my porch. The new columns were circular whee the old were square. They attached the new and built enclosures at the top amd they look like originals. The workmen were very friendly and accommodating. They did all the clean up and it looks fabulous. Definitely recommend them if anyone needs work on their homes.

From start to finish MidTown blew up away. Our deck was completely in a very reasonable amount of time(quicker than I could have imagined). From start to finish they provided prompt communication and clean working areas for my family and myself. Everyday my yard was picked up and at the end of the project the material and trash was disposed of. The material used is of great quality and I?m am highly impressed with the experience they provided!

We’ve used Midtown Home Improvements three times since moving into our new home—for a 6-foot white PVC privacy fence, replacing our front and garage entry doors with steel doors and new frames, and most recently a PVC deck. Every project turned out great, and the quality of work has been consistently excellent. They were always on schedule (sometimes even early), communicated clearly throughout each project, and made the entire process easy. They also helped us navigate the HOA approval process by providing everything we needed. Overall, they’ve been reliable, professional, and easy to work with. We had a deck replaced. Midtown tore the old deck down extremely quickly. They neatly stacked the old deck boards in the dumpster, leaving the site extremely clean in less than a day. The deck was replaced quickly with a great result. The delivery of the decking materials, handling of the City inspections, etc all went smoothly and expeditiously. the deck was done in a matter of two days and it looks great. It was even more impressive as our home caught on fire two days before Midtown started our project. Having a new deck was a motivation to us through the difficulty of being displaced from the home while those repairs were being done. We have had several compliments on the appearance of the deck, and on the efficiency of the construction crew from Midtown.

They came out to replace my broken back sliding glass door. They showed up early, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, were super helpful and respectful, and left with the job completed earlier then expected. Midtown built a deck on my parent’s house and installed a fence in my yard and did an excellent job! They were very professional and respectful, hardworking and it was clear they were very experienced. They do have a lengthy sales pitch and are a bit pricier than others, but the peace of mind to know that the project will be done right and with good quality workers and products is worth it.
