Seattle Roof Systems did a fantastic job fixing a leak from a historic faulty plumbing install. They were highly communicative, sent progress and completion photos, left the site spotless, and made me feel completely at ease even through the entire process. I would highly recommend!!

We had to get our roof done quickly and it was an unexpected expense so I was really concerned about the cost. Seattle Roof Systems gave me a competitive price and was able to move up our job when they understood urgency. They were at our house by 7:30am the day they started. When they got the old roof materials off and noticed a problem (because of 1940s construction), they gave me a lot of options to fix it and it didn't slow down the project. As a woman who is a homeowner, business-owner, and commercial property owner, I truly appreciate working with contractors who can just answer my questions and give me options. Our house has a low pitch roof that had a multitude of issues that needed addressing. We upgraded the torch down roof to a PVC roof. It was a really big job but Zoom was able to juggle it all because he is very professional and detail oriented. He listened carefully to our concerns and was able to solve all of the problems with our roof. He is very knowledgeable and was proactive by suggesting finishing touches such as round downspouts and metal beam caps for our mid-century design house. The house is much improved and it gives me peace of mind to know we have a solid roof over our heads that will last us many years.
