This is our 3rd time using Midway Services and we'll keep on using them in the future should the need arise. Way better than Geek Squad!! ----------------------------- HERE'S THE SHORT STORY: Today we were blessed by Geri for our plumbing needs.ð Geri pulled everything together for a quote for the REMOVAL, the PICK-UP, the DELIVERY, and the INSTALLATION of a toliet and 2 bathroom faucets, and did ALL OF IT ON THE SAME DAY!! All of that was done in LESS THAN 6 hours!! That INCLUDED Geri doing the removal, and then the pick-up and delivery of our products from the company warehouse!! Oh, I forgot to mention we live in a condo on the 2nd floor and have NO elevator! ð ¬ð ®â ð ¨ð µâ ð « ------------------------- HERE's SOME DETAILS: Geri was not only on-time and professional, but he gave detailed insight and direction to every question we had, and explained the answers in laymans's terms that we could understand. All while explaining the warranty details by Midway Services as well as the product warranty. The quote was done expeditiously and was a fare pair price. Especially with rising costs now days. Geri was proficient at organizing each step of the process from ordering, to arranging pick-up time for products, completing the installation for our plumbing needs, and was clean frommstart to finsh. We called for a quote on toliet removal & installation. HOWEVER, at last minute we had leaks in our bathroom faucets!! Geri is the 3rd of 3 Midway Service workers that have been to our home. The 1st was our water heater and the 2nd was our garbage disposal. Midway Services has treated our home as if it their own. We'll come back again should the need arise because they're the best in our book!!

was HAVING AN ISSUE WITH MY WATER SOFTNER, JEFF CAME OUT AND POINTED OUT THE PROBLEM WRIGHT AWAY AND TOLD ME HOW TO FIX IT ( WAS A SIMPLE PROBLEM) AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SOFTNER. HE WAS VERY GOOD AND DID NOT BILL ME FOR A SERVICE CALL. (HOW MANY COMPANYS WILL DO THAT FOR YOU?) i QUESS THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU MIDWAY

Had to have hot water heater replaced in older Mobile home. Has various estimates from other companies. One company, Cool Plumbing ( which is the same as Plumbing Today) tried to tell me the whole house had to be re-plumbed, even the new sink done the week before!! AND also all the electric had to be replaced and a bunch of other LIES!! Like it would cost about $9000. !! A couple of other companies gave me a much cheaper quote but could not do anything with the "bare exposed electrical wires" THEN along came my "Knight In Shining Water Heater", Mike from Midway. They could both do the water heater AND fix the electric for $1580!!! Mike came over spent all day (there were many complications) did the most AMAZING job. VERY professional, SO nice. Matt at the office was also fabulous and helpful . I had quotes for a little less BUT that DID NOT include electrical. MIDWAY took care of EVERYTHING!!! all in one fell sweep!! If ever I need anything else done, they will be my ONLY " Port of Call.

Did the work on a Sunday without an up charge. Getting done on a weekend saved me from having to take time off from work.

After nearly a year and a-half, the kitchen is finally finished. Upon the recommendation of the Midway Salesman, I purchased cabinets through Midway Services from a company called LEGACY CABINETS. These cabinets are complete junk. I am left with cabinets that are shabbily stained and the satin coating has dirt, saw dust and other particles embedded in it. The cabinet doors are crooked and cannot be aligned. These cabinets are not compatible with after-market drawer/cabinet organizers such as Rev-A-Shelf as was promised by the Midway Salesman. The lazy-susan door hinges are the bottom-of-the- barrel cheep. Almost everything in my kitchen had to be done twice. The quartz countertop and window sill was installed incorrectly and both had to be reinstalled. All the cabinet doors had to be replaced due to the amount of crookedness of the instillation of the door handles and the horrible finish of the cabinet doors in general. The backsplash tiles had to be reinstalled due to the sub-par skill of the installer. The kitchen had to be repainted due to the inattention of the first painter. The dinning room window was not centered as promised in the contract. And lastly, when I met with the Midway Salesman, I made it clear that I did not want my circa 1954 solid Oak floors scratched during the remodel process. They were indeed deeply scratched and in places the finish was pulled off due to tape removal. During the meeting of our final payment for the remodel, I mentioned the damage to the floor, I was told by the Remodel Manager, "Well, you were going to have the floors refinished anyway." I responded " the dinning room floor did need to be refinished prior to the start of the remodel, but the living room and the hallway floor was pristine and in no way needed refinishing until now". I was offered $200.00 for the damage to the floor which in no-way even begins to repair the damage. I saved for this kitchen remodel for 27 years and it will be the last kitchen I will ever have. It is a shame that the most prominent part of my kitchen, the cabinets, happens to be the uglest element of my kitchen. However, I wish to send a HUGE THANK YOU TO DONALD AND JOE for all their ernest attempts to make my kitchen remodel a success. If it wasn't for them, I would have given up and sued for breach of contract long ago. Kris G.

Arrived on time and the tech was very professional. Used shoe protectors to come into the house, so not to dirty floors. Explained all of the options and performed the work in a very timely manner. They were able to dispatch someone very quickly, after I called for service. I feel the repair cost was about what I had expected. Particularly for a very quick response and quality of work performed.

Charged me $ 475.00 to cable my toilet drain Then gave me an estimate of $ 3250.00 to re-pipe my mobile home. Way above industry standard in my opinion.
