Was always late. Hard to get in touch with. Did not show up when needed. Took longer than promised.

Only reads part of job description he wants to do then argues with customer about job details. Said he be here Wed. Didn't show until Friday. Said that is how the construction business works. Then charged me more to finish what he was supposed to have done in the first place. Started to sheetrock with woodwork still up. Wanted to just but up to it. Sheet rock thicker then trim.

Jody did an excellent job on repairing my back porch, replacing the rotted boards. He was also a pleasure to work with and charged a very fair price. Would definitely hire him again!
