Steve came out and cleaned our vents and returns duct work. He was very professional and polite and explained what he was doing and I feel my home is so much cleaner.

We hired Midwest Clean Air to come out to our house to clean out the vents. Was told it would be $8/vent. Which seemed very reasonable. Only to have the guy come out and tell my wife that it was going to be $1000-$2,000 depending on which package we chose. Pretty sure we paid $500 total for something that I do not even know worked. Very unethical business model. Stay away from them.

They have very deceptive pricing practices and their rates are ridiculous. Do not be fooled by their price per vent- $8/per. They have separate pricing for the mains $109/per. I have 5 mains in my home and just cleaning them would have been over$500. Also, they charge $199 to clean dryer ducts and another $199 to clean the furnace blower fan. I was planning on spending $275 to have duct and vents cleaned only to discover when they got in my home they wanted over $1000 to do the job properly. Ridiculous. I sent them away after the events were cleaned

The call centre folks were quick and friendly. The service tech that came was very respectful, friendly and conscientious. He did a good job of explaining the work he was doing before doing it and worked smoothly. The only gap is when you are initially looking for a furnace duct cleaning they quote you $8 per vent. This is not the price for cleaning your system however. This is only for vacuuming the grill and around the opening of the floor/wall vent. Then they tell you it will cost much more to actually clean your furnace ducts, etc. It's a little misleading on the call centre's end. I think their final prices are average for the industry.

Rating the quality of work I gave a 4 because the job when 1st done was unacceptable. Still had remains left in the ducts you could see and swipe out with your finger. Granted this was a home in the flood so I'm sure the ducts were a mess but still could have been cleaned completely from the start. When I contacted Midwest Clean Air about this problem, told them this is unacceptable & I wasn't happy they didn't miss a beat to rectify, apologized SEVERAL times & was back out there at 8:00 AM the next day which happened to be a Saturday. Took him about 45 minutes & ducts were spotless. Therefore they can & will do a wonderful job just wished they'd done it the 1st time and saved me the grief.

Technician from Wasatch Air was courteous, prompt, and diligent. He showed me a photo of the cleaned inside of my dryer vent. His name was not on the business card so can t address him by name. I would definitely hire Wasatch Air again.

Project: Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents The work done was thorough and excellent. Good clean up and finish work. They were great to work with. The price seemed very high for this first cleaning and full service, and that was not clear when I first called them. Repeat cleanings in the future (which will now be less work) are guaranteed to be more as I expected.

Very polite man explained just what he was going to do....

He was very informative about the vents. He took before & after pictures to show the vents and accommodating with our schedule.

It takes 3 - 4 hours to complete. If they find something bad, it will cost a lot more than anticipated but glad I had it done.

Matt was very thorough in cleaning my ducts taking his time to ensure each was very clean showing me before and after pictures.

They did a thorough inspection and did a good job.. the price was a little expensive than i thought.
