Could not count on time they would be there said they would yes screws but used nail gun most &I used cracked Lumber contractor left bags of concrete on front pouch more than a month after they finished. When they put nail in and the wood cracked they left it that way

Russ came by to take a look at my job the first of April. He made it sound like it would be an easy job that he'd be able to complete that week. He said he would send me a written bid. I never received a written bid and had to contact him numerous times to inquire about the completion of the work. There was a period of over two weeks when I didn't hear from him at all. I was inconvenienced numerous times by being told they were coming to do the work and then no one showed up. Job finally completed on Saturday, May 3. I have a feeling that Russ might be trying to take on more work than he can handle.

Russ is easy to talk to,answered all questions. The Crew was very polite and also answered any questions we had.

Guys did a great job on my design build project. A pergola, and a custom deck staircase with viewing platform. Weather was cold but they worked anyway, and was very open about the design and changes to build us exactly what we envisioned. Great Job!!

They went above and beyond. They fixed little things for me and did not raise the price.

I had an emergency glass replacement problem...NOBODY except Midwest Construction Services would come to my area. But Russ came down within a few hours of calling, removed the broken glass (in the pouring rain), went to a local hardware store for replacement glass and completely fixed my window in less than 30 minutes and at an extremely reasonable price! I plan on having him come back for other repairs around the house. I would highly recommend this company and especially Russ! I'm 100% satisfied!!!!!! A+++++++ Service! Thanks so much!
