My experience was very positive. The technician was timely, professional, and the quality of his work was good. Pricing of the work was also very good.

Excellent work. They ran electrical wiring in the attic, mounted electric boxes/switches, and installed two ceiling fans/lights. They had the right tools and knew what to do. They did the work for less than original estimate. This was for a job that one other firm (upon seeing the job) turned it down as being too difficult. I highly recommend them.

The finish work had a problem and needed one of their staff to return the next day to sort out. He spent a lot of time trying to find the problem (which was a broken wire they had installed on the ruff in) I requested 2 dimmers and a GFI breaker which were not brought to the job and they had to go away and buy some. These items were considered extra and I was charged an additional $250. I think they were trying to make up for all the time they spent looking for the broken wire. I could have just written the check for less $250 but I was so shocked that I just wrote the check for what I was asked. I should have had it ALL in writing. My fault.

They followed through by doing exactly what they said they would from setting up the appointment to completing the work. I am definitely going to call them next time I need work done.

Bob did a fantastic job for us and as far as we are conceerned we will look to him in the future for all of our electrical needs.

I Feel that they "bent over backwards to please me". They were very flexible with my schedule and trustworthy. I am very, very satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone. The rates were VERY reasonable. Overall wonderful experience.

Good work. Fair communication. I had to keep calling and following up. I am sure they were busy, but I am the customer.

the installers cut out my drywall to big for the plate and broke plate when installing (overtight and it cracked)

I had an annoying constant buzzing from the doorbell box in the hall. I found a four star electrition and called, shortly that same day they arrived in a timely manner and were very proffesional, polite and informative. Finding out that I needed a new one, they wentout of their way to get a new one for me and put it together, problem fixed! The next day the buzzing occured again after a visitor came and pushed the button. I called and Bob Cramer the boss came over shortly after and again very polite, clean and was not going to give up trouble shooting the problem at hand. When he did find the problem he went to the store to get another part fixed it and I having been ringing my doorbell frequently and the problem is definately solved. As far as for the new part he insisted that I wasn't going to pay for it, and service was free! Sometimes Life just throws you a good one! If I ever would need another item repair this is the company that I would contact for sure. As a women I did not feel that I was taken advantage of, these guys were honest! I liked that there were no suprises in he work done. I am very pleased with the upgrade and would recommend Midwest Energy Solutions to anyone looking to have any electrical work done.

I not only requested the installation of the new microwave, I requested the disposal of the old one. He didn't do that (it was left in my garage) and didn't tell me in advance that he couldn't do it.

Bob and his team did real solid work at a great price. I would recommend them.

There was just a lack of communication. Dates and times to come look at the house kept getting rescheduled. The person was very nice of the phone and polite.
