They did great work, but did not come back for a while to put on some finishing touches, they were very flexible with payments and cleaned up well.

Overall my experience was positive. There was some confusion related to coordinating the various stages of the project, from measuring the old windows to ordering the product that I wanted. All in all, though, I thought the company treated me well.

They have a truly great product, the sales person was great and knowledgeable, but it took twice as long to put them in as they said, they would never call if they were not going to make it out to an apointment, and the administrative assistant has a little bit of a temper.

Friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable workers. Most everything done quickly. Still missing a section of weather stripping for one window. Follow-up not as highly rated. Called once to remind of missing piece. Received call back, but section not delivered as promised. Still waiting
