Routine inspection and checkup. Very professional and explains stuff very well. Clean and quiet service. I was able to do meetings while he was working. Called ahead of time and even offered to bring snacks on arrival. Lol. Love the service.

Our air conditioner was leaking and the compressor was working very hard so we opted to replace our 11 year old unit given its age and repair costs after consulting with Midwest. Everyone at Midwest excels at communicating and we have had nothing but great service since we became members. I learned a lot from Travis and I’m immediately comforted with expertise and experience with him and the crew we have had out to our house for service. We also had to replace our water heater last year and were equally pleased and impressed with service and communication. Hopefully we will have very little need for repairs other than routine maintenance for many many years.

We called Midwest heating and cooling because our furnace was not turning on and heating and the day before when it was on the back of the unit was hot. They came out next day in a timely manner. Very polite and Friendly. Did a diagnostic look at and explained me what was wrong. Along with what he did to fix the issue. Our technician took lots of pictures as to how it looked when he started what his meters were saying with the numbers. Along with what it looked like when done. We got all of that emailed to us and is kept on file if they ever have to come out for something else so the same tech or another tech sees what was done the last time they came out. Our tech Ken explained what all the numbers ment on his picture so we understood things clearly. Told us about a membership program they offer to help out the customer and give them peace mind the next time you need something done. Ken was very knowledgeable and very kind. Would highly recommend.

Great company to work with. Arrived on time. Cleaned up and showed he cared about what he does. Signed up for there yearly maintenance plan for those reasons.

Ac stopped cooling and they got to my house that day (way to go guys). Alax got the problem fix fast and and explained everything he did. I will use them for all our heating /ac needs !!

Excellent experience! Furnace went out on a cold Saturday afternoon, new one was completely installed by mid-afternoon on Monday. Very responsive company, considerate technicians - even bought 2 space heaters to keep me warm while waiting for new furnace!

Quick to respond. Gave me a quote on the phone based on what I said I needed and that is all I was charged. Their price was not the lowest but consistent with other quotes I got; however, they were the most pleasant professional, and non judgemental of all I talked with and there Were many. They had someone available within 2 days of my initial call as well as a time to expect him. I would reccomend to others as well as use them again if needed.
