We went with Midwest Home Exteriors after we met with Bryant for a consultation. We had received a few quotes from other companies that tried to use scare tactics into getting us to purchase something we didn’t need Bryant was honest and understanding to our situation. He didn’t try and push sales. He even mentioned that if we wanted to squeeze a few more years out of our existing roof, it would be ok. That gesture was extremely appreciated and we felt like this was the right choice. The pricing was very fair. The quality was exceptional, and the communication was really great. If you’re considering getting a new roof, at least give these guys a shot. They’re honest and do great work! 10/10 would choose these guys again.

The crew seemed to have done a fair job on the roof and flashing a few scratches on the siding.From when they tore the shingles off. I haven't actually inspected their work The major problem is it's been over a year since the project has been completed and they will not offer me a receipt of completion nor a detailed list of parts and consumables used nor have they offered me the warranty information my insurance company has also reached out with no response back. I would pass on using this company.

Time will tell about the quality of products and the work performed, however THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMMUNICATE AND RETURN PHONE CALLS!!

Overall, the workmanship done was great. They came on time and worked very hard on the removal and installation of the roof. They were respectful and professional. Kept their area clean and made sure all the old or broken pieces were picked up from the property. Made arrangements to come back to finish one part of the garage and once again, everything was done as promised.

First it all starts with the lack of communication. Let me be clear on this, there was NO communication on anything. The roof material and windows took 6 months to come in and when it did, I found it in the middle of my driveway after coming home from work. Then the material sat there for another 2-3 weeks. No one called and said anything, I had to call them to figure out when they were going to install the materials. Now ill start with the roof. The crew showed up on time the morning of the job but as the pictures will show, they were very carless of my property/landscaping. As I write this on 4/7/2021 it has been in the upper 70s for several days now and none of my plants (that I spent thousands of dollars on) have come to life and I am pretty sure they are dead. The crew completed the roof in one day but not after destroying all of my landscaping/plants. So, what comes after a new roof you may ask? New gutters! Well let me be clear, it did not get any better. The â gutter guyâ I had zero communication when he would show up, and he just showed up one day and started tearing my old ones off and putting new ones on. Same situation as the roof people, ZERO respect for any kind of landscaping/plants at all. Between the â gutter guyâ and the â roof peopleâ I am not 100% which killed all my plants. This â gutter guyâ overall did nice work, but as you can see by the picture, I am not sure what kind of back country work happened here, but to me this looks very subpar and of course is in the front of my house for everyone to see. Thanks for that one! Oh wait, there is more! After a week of the gutters being put on, some of the down spouts started to fall off and all of the downspouts were also cut to short compared to my old gutters causing drainage to come back toward my house instead of away from it like it is supposed to. But wait! There is more! The windows, oh yes the windows! Once the windows finally came the â window guyâ was a one man show who had his underage son help him with some small things here and there. Because he was a one man show, it took almost 3 weeks for him to install 11 windows and 1 sliding glass door. As he took his time installing the material, the communication of what day and time he would show up was ZERO. One day he would show up at 8am then we would not hear from him for a day or two and he would show up at 11am. It was all over the place with no communication at all. His overall work quality was good, and he was very nice and polite. My biggest issue with the â window guyâ was no communication on when he was arriving and using one of our hand towels to wipe caulk. He of course did not ask us if he could use it, he just did and left it outside filled with caulk and now its garbage. This is just another example of this companyâ s inability to communicate with the customer and RESPECT their property! It was not about the cheap hand towel, its about the lack of care they had for my property! The last few issues I have with this company is their willingness to back their work and make it right. As you will see from the pictures, the handle of the sliding door came from the manufacturer damaged. As a decent and fair company, you would want to make it right and change it. I brought the damaged handle to their attention and they stated that they would get it replaced, but now that they have their money, I am still yet to hear from them on when they will replace the handle. My guess, they wont! To wrap all of this up, the last communication I have had 4 months ago with this company was them asking me for more money! I know this is where this companyâ s radio silence has gone because I refused to pay them $1,000 more money then I already have! They tried telling me that it cost them more money to install the windows. Wouldnâ t you think a company who supposedly has been in business for 20 years would know how to quote a window job by now?

Doug started the sales and financing process very well. He took the time to educate us on the product. Karl installed the windows perfectly. It's a good bang for the buck. No complaints. I will be working with them again this Spring.

Andrea was the epitome of professionalism. Ive never been as comfortable as i was with her. MHE replaced my roof amd had it all completed in one day. It looks amazing and i couldn't be happier. Thank you guys, I will recommend you to everybody in need of your services.

Three years ago, they replaced the roof on my house. They were great to work with, got everything completed efficiently and from what I can tell, did a great job. Because of that experience, I reached out to them four and a half months ago to work on my garage roof and felt comfortable not getting any other quotes. I received an estimate and was told they expect to complete the work in October. The paperwork estimated early December. I reached out at the end of October and was told they were delayed due to the weather and would keep me posted. In early December I reached out again and was told they would let me know in a few days. I reached out two weeks later and was told *maybe the end of next week...I will let you know.* That was a month ago and the last I heard from them. I will be reaching out to other companies now.

Crew worked liked a well oiled machine Each one of the eight men team had their job and did it excellently Paid attention to detail in completing the job They did a very thorough clean up job also

Very rainy this year, so the roofing crew were in a BIG rush, I think that they could of done a much better job cleaning after themselves

Midwest Home Exteriors did a great roofing job on my home. They were attentive to my needs and fit me into their schedule ASAP as it was an immediate need. Their senior staff and the work crew addressed all my questions and concerns. The crew worked diligently to complete the job in one day and did a good clean up afterward. I am very pleased with the result.

Courteous, efficient, prompt.

Full roof tear off and replacement. Did it all in two days. They did not give the lowest quote, but they were the only company I got an estimate from where they actually got on our roof and spent a good 30 minutes looking things over before providing a full, detailed estimate. Had some issues with some siding that was torn off and took a few more days to repair, but eventually they did take care of it. Happy with the speed and services but some more care could have been taken with the siding. Also worked with me on a payment plan, which was very appreciated.

They haven't started the work yet due to high demand.

Wow! This was a garage roof replacement. The team started at 7 A.M and it was completely done at 9 A.M. including cleanup. There were 6 guys and they were incredibly efficient. They did quality work and it looks terrific. I would highly recommend Midwest Home Exteriors.

good service! done in one day. we have a complicated roof with 6 skylights and two chimneys. great job with clean up as well.
