The gentleman was punctual with phone calls and appointment time periods. He fully explained his process and what options were available. He was very professional in demeanor and his job application. My only comment would be there is still a mildew or moldy smell lingering. My hope is this will dissipate. I would recommend these services.

For starters I would like to say this company is very professional. They handled business the way business should be handled. Customer service was amazing. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and have very affordable . I knew nothing about mold and they took the time to not only inform me of the types of mold that are out there but explain what type I had and took me through a step by step process of how they are going to treat and remove the mold. They were alway on Time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I had a pretty big job and they got it done in a timely manner and the work was excellent. All the mold was gone, everything that had mold on it was gone, just like they said it would. “TRUSTWORTHY”, this company is very trustworthy. I am a police officer and I see a lot and have a hard time trusting people a lot of times, however; Midwest Mold Removal Displayed how trustworthy they can be. Not one time did I feel like I had to check on them. The crew was amazing, hard working and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. Last but not least when they were finished I had nothing to clean up. My basement was spotless and mold free. I will definitely be using this company again for future projects and referring them to any that needs this type of work done.

I would not recommend. Only time will tell if the mold is removed but this company also repaired other items due to the possible mold impact. Nice guy during initial meet but quality of work was subpar. Certainly not what you expect from a professional. An in-depth review was completed on Google reviews with a few pics.
