Powerwashing
Well #1 he charged way to much, he charged me $650.00 to do a single family home and the gutters. When he cleaned the gutters leaves went into the down spout and when it rained because the down spouts were clogged our basement flooded. I called him and said something about it and felt he should of gave us some $$ back. But he blamed the flooding on everything but the clogged downspouts. I wouldn't recommend him to my worse enemy.

Working with Dan was great. He was prompt and proactive with communication. Unlike another contractor who was bidding this job, Dan took the time to actually come and look at it, first (and it's a good thing he did, because he spotted a potential complication with the project, that I didn't see). Dan devised a solution to address the complication, and I hired him to the job. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, and professional. He is most concerned with doing things correctly, rather than rushing through the job. He has an eye for detail and a perfectionist instinct. He left the job site cleaner than it was when he started, and his prices are very fair. I am so pleased with the job he did installing the French Door in my basement, that I am hiring him to work on another project for me (floating hardwood floor installation). I recommend him!

Promised everything and did nothing, except keep one of my pieces of trim that I was using. Quit telling the customers how You are doing such big projects, we don't care. We are interested in if you can/ or want to do our project.
