We put down a 10,000 deposit and after long delays blamed on the supply chain they have apparently disappeared. We have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney general and hope to pursue criminal charges.

Do not hire! Our old roof was removed and the replacement was not completed for over a month! When I threatened to withhold payment he called screaming at me. We were never given pictures of the boards under the old roof needing to be replaced as promised. He still to this day has never been on the job sight since we hired him. Our new shingles were put on in crooked rows and when we sent him drone pictures he said that was normal. We never received ice guards for the metal roof we had added to the front porch. Totally screwed up job. Our house was without a roof for over a month! Who does that? They even tried to put two different colors of shingles on but we caught them! And of course the people putting the shingles on did not speak English or so they said. Do not hire!

Do not use this company. They are good at doing estimates and taking a 50% deposit but never do the job. I paid them on Sept 5th, for a new roof install, which they said would be done in 30 days. It is now over three months, and still no roof. I did get a call from a subcontractor who said he would do it by the end of November, and now we are in the second week of December. I guess I will have to hire a lawyer.

We paid over $20,000 dollars for a seamless metal roof. It has been 1 year and it has leaked 5 times. In the end (1 year later), Erin, the owner did send another crew to take the new old roof off and replace it completely. The crew that he sent to replace the new old roof was the best. It was the Amish group and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend them for any roof you want to be done. It has not rained since they finished the roof but I feel confident in their workmanship. I cannot say enough good stuff about the 2nd group. Cleaned everything up and was very kind. Thanks to Midwest for taking care of everything. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is due to the year of watching my roof leaking.

The company did the job thoroughly and in a timely manner

One bad thing is the contractor charged me entire OSB sheeting even it was used ONLY about 24 x24 inches. However, I was impressed by crews workmanship. Overall, the final cost should be little lower.

I used HomeAdvisor to reach out to area professionals looking for quotes to perform a roof installation on our aged roof where during recent wind storms had begun taking shingles off with every storm. I was reached out to by Midwest Roof and after going over the project and the costs we entered an agreement. It took a couple weeks to get on the schedule, which is understandable. We had terrible weather for an entire week prior to our install. The guys were great. The salesman was always available during the initial contact phase through the final installation and final inspection. The roof was quite complex and the crew had it the old roof off by lunch time and the new installation completely installed by the end of the day. They did a great job and we are excited having a great looking brand new roof. We would definitely recommend them.

Had the roof replaced and all cleaned up in 1 day, excellent service , beat all appraisals, would use this company again. Midwest roof renovations, LLC is a true professional company. Thanks for doing a fine job.

These guys were very efficient when it came job day! It took less than 3 hours for our entire roof and they did all the clean up afterwards. Roof looks great! Sales rep was fantastic even through these virus times. Communicated through phone calls, emails, and texts. This was really great for us since we have a very hectic life right now. Highly recommend!

I hired them because no local contractors were available. We sustained alot of damage after the Dayton tornados. I was concerned as they would be coming a long distance. They completed our jobs as promised. Our neighbor hired them as well. Whatever adjustment We needed Mitch was very accomodating. All the workers were repectful and professional.
