After a rather aggressive hail storm, I was concerned about the condition of my roof. Being a first time homeowner, I've never had to deal with any major repairs like this. I was unsure about where to start. Brandon from Midwest roofing was in my neighborhood the next day inspecting my neighbor's roof. He offered me a free roof inspection, and the pictures he showed me were very alarming. I'd hadn't been up there in several years and had no idea that the roof looked quite that bad. He noted the different types of damage I had, explained how they happen, and offered his opinion that my damage may soon lead to problems. The pictures he showed me were obvious enough though that my roof was toast. The cool thing about Brandon was that he took an excessively long amount of time answering all of my questions after the free inspection. It was obvious he is proud of the company he works for. After the decision was made to replace the roof, Brandon returned and demonstrated several different products while I was browsing booklets and choosing my colors. Once again he sat with me for over an hour while I pinged him with questions about every possible thing I could think of. He is very knowledgeable and can explain things quite well, even if you don't know much about roofs. My contact in the office was Macy. She was great. Now I have two people I can bother with questions! They both took ample time to calm my fears and answer all of my remaining questions. Scheduling was fluid as expected, but Macy kept me up to date. The scheduling didn't change as much as I thought it would have. On roof day, Gary was the project supervisor. I appreciated the fact that I got a phone call shortly before arrival saying they were on their way. I liked the fact that he rang the bell and introduced himself when he and the crew arrived. Gary took the time to answer more of my questions, and walk me around the house to explain what they were doing. The roof crew was courteous and efficient. It's nice to see everyone working without the other half of the crew standing there watching others work. It's also worth mentioning that none of the crew was goofing off. Everybody had something to do, and they all kept at it. It's also impressive seeing 10 people standing on your house working diligently. The roof looks fantastic. The cleanup was great. The yard looked exactly as it did before they started. I had a good experience. I'm glad I chose Midwest. I'm confident that if any issues arise down the road, that Midwest will have my back. Be very careful who you choose to replace your roof as your entire investment sits beneath it. You don't want some predatory out of state company that will vanish if you have a problem. Also be careful about the cheapest bid you receive. Cheap now usually means expensive problems later.

Our roof looks great & working with Brandon from the start gave us confidence in the company and the results we would get. Gary and the crew worked several long days to get it done quickly. Tara called us to discuss the final steps and to ask about our satisfaction. 5 stars for all involved.
