friendly and honest

Job was done in timely. I wish they would add more sealing compound to exhaust vent and now I worry if the wind will blow the exhaust away.

The representative came to the house on time and was friendly. Gave us a good estimate for the work. But, we never saw him again. Called us to have us pay over the phone. I realize it's a long drive for him but, I thought he would come and look at the work done. Anyway, the two men who did the work were fantastic. They really did a great looking job repairing a leak around the chimney. Would hire them again, no problem.

The salesman came very quickly and the work was done that afternoon. I think it was expensive for removing snow and ice from one section of my roof.

Did not do any work as per the contractor there was none to be done. The condensation was due to the high winds which typically happens at times... Will use this contractor in the future as I believe and have confidence in his abilities and decisions.
