We are a CMI -Certified Mold Inspector-, a CMRC -Certified Mold Remediation Contractor- and as well we proudly are a BBB credited organization. We know our craft and we are ethical professionals. We are effective and prompt in our projects. Midwest Sanitizing specializes also in "Sick Home" and 'Sick Office Syndrome." We provide residential, commercial and industrial sanitation services for Environmental Quality Assurance. "Swab sampling is limited to surface testing only which was performed at no charge. If surface swab sampling isn't detecting any elevation of mold and or bacteria you need an air sample which detects any air borne contaminates and yes because they are sent to an independent lab there are costs involved."
"Did we do the work without the home owners consent? Evidently, but only because the tenant claimed he owned the home."
