Midwestern Duct Cleaning

Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful

They did a great job. Responded very quickly, were very efficient. A good value for the money.

They responded very quickly to text messages which was nice since I work night shift and talking on the phone is not ideal. They were a little pricey considering all that I used them for was a dryer vent cleaning but overall they did a good job. I was super surprised that they still worked even though it was snowing outside but it meant that they kept their appointment without rescheduling. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

pulled a bunch of junk out of the vents. lots of dust

I scheduled (online) for 10am. They asked to reschedule for 2pm. My daughter swapped her morning/afternoon schedules to be there. On day of, they asked to change to 12:30pm; net result, we couldn't be there to check the work before they left. Somewhat more expensive than expected (higher than average).

i was satisfied with the quality and thoroughness

I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone, and in person. What I did not like was that they left a big mess. There was a significant amount of debris around each register and they even broke the baseboard (which was brittle) in the bathroom.

They were great I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone!

The gentlemen were prompt, courteous, and speedy.

They came right away and did the job quickly. However, one of the dryer vent flaps is broken now and I have to replace it.

Mike gave us a free in home estimate, showed us their process and did NOT pressure us as others did. We hired them and when an opening came up to move our appointment up he called us to see if it would fit our schedule. EXCELLENT customer service! Dalton and Shawn were 5 minutes early for the appointment and wasted NO time in getting to work, they were more than eager to allow me to not only watch their work but even video some of it to show my wife! My wife and daughter both have pet allergies and the previous owners of the home had 3 dogs and 2 cats, my wife knew a difference in the home as soon as she walked in!! Mike even showed up during the work to make sure we were happy with what was being done. I/we could not be more pleased with the work the Midwestern Steam Clean LLC did on our vents!!! If you need you ducts cleaned and hire anyone else, you may have got a better price... but you also got at best 30% of the results that we got!!!! My personal advice... if you hire anyone else for this type of work anywhere in their service area... you made the wrong choice and wasted your time and money, just my thought. I will stand behind this statement and have told Mike that if anyone wants a personal reference he is welcome to give out my number. You will NOT go wrong with Midwestern Steam Clean. Henry Jameson

The dryer vent was completely blocked. We decided it probably hadn't been cleaned-ever. It was blocked with lint that at sometime got wet and then dried.. It took a lot of work and time to get it open .He also came out that day. I would highly recommend this company. this company

Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Ducts had never been cleaned and it was amazing how much crud was removed! Mike and his crew were very professional. I have allergies and cleaning the ducts has helped---I'm coughing a lot less now. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent job on carpet and stairs. Will definitely hire again

Prompt and efficient. I loved seeing all the crud they pulled out of our ducts.

They did a beautiful job. Very nice crew. They were punctual and showed a detailed bill before starting. I would definitely use them again.

˜Mike was excellent to work with. Good work — I will hire them again.

Very professional! They Did a great job and I was very happy with how the carpets turned out and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I was told that they would do a scrubbing with the machine AND a steam clean! Well...they only did the scrubbing, which worked well for about half of the carpet but not very well on the heavy traffic areas! They did not do what they said they were going to do. I also think they cut the corners on the cleaning by not moving any furniture and not cleaning behind the doors or very close to the furniture! Overall a very BLAH service! Try someone else!
