Midwestern Steam Clean, LLC

Mike gave us a free in home estimate, showed us their process and did NOT pressure us as others did. We hired them and when an opening came up to move our appointment up he called us to see if it would fit our schedule. EXCELLENT customer service! Dalton and Shawn were 5 minutes early for the appointment and wasted NO time in getting to work, they were more than eager to allow me to not only watch their work but even video some of it to show my wife! My wife and daughter both have pet allergies and the previous owners of the home had 3 dogs and 2 cats, my wife knew a difference in the home as soon as she walked in!! Mike even showed up during the work to make sure we were happy with what was being done. I/we could not be more pleased with the work the Midwestern Steam Clean LLC did on our vents!!! If you need you ducts cleaned and hire anyone else, you may have got a better price... but you also got at best 30% of the results that we got!!!! My personal advice... if you hire anyone else for this type of work anywhere in their service area... you made the wrong choice and wasted your time and money, just my thought. I will stand behind this statement and have told Mike that if anyone wants a personal reference he is welcome to give out my number. You will NOT go wrong with Midwestern Steam Clean. Henry Jameson

The dryer vent was completely blocked. We decided it probably hadn't been cleaned-ever. It was blocked with lint that at sometime got wet and then dried.. It took a lot of work and time to get it open .He also came out that day. I would highly recommend this company. this company

Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Ducts had never been cleaned and it was amazing how much crud was removed! Mike and his crew were very professional. I have allergies and cleaning the ducts has helped---I'm coughing a lot less now. Definitely would recommend.

Very professional! They Did a great job and I was very happy with how the carpets turned out and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I was told that they would do a scrubbing with the machine AND a steam clean! Well...they only did the scrubbing, which worked well for about half of the carpet but not very well on the heavy traffic areas! They did not do what they said they were going to do. I also think they cut the corners on the cleaning by not moving any furniture and not cleaning behind the doors or very close to the furniture! Overall a very BLAH service! Try someone else!

Impressed with the professionalism of the workers and especially the "boss".

I think their price was very high. They charged me more than the high end you advertised. They measures square feet to clean but some rooms had furniture in them that didn't need to be moved and I didn't see any deduction in the square footage. They came out promptly and went right to work. The end result looked ok, still a couple of small stains, but I was expecting the carpet to look fluffed not flat.

They showed up on time. We walked the job and they explained what exactly was going to be done. I was looking to get some pet stains removed. They did the job and were in and out very quickly.
