Excellent professional service! My boss has a Miele washing machine in lower Manhattan which was not bringing in sufficient amount of water. We called this company which booked us fast. We tried other services but nobody seemed to repair this Miele brand. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue first visit. We operate multiple treatment centers in New York City and will definitely use their services again if needed!

My Miele washing machine got flooded during latest NYC rain deluge. I called NY Appliance Repair on a Friday at 4pm. They set me up promptly with a technician for Monday. Fabian did a terrific job diagnosing the problem and was patient in drying the ponded water in my Miele. His communication was great, he explained what he was doing the whole time. He also provided some helpful tips in caring for my machine. He clearly knows Miele machines, and that instilled my confidence -- I highly recommend!

We used Lumina Appliance Repair multiple times with our Miele dishwasher and Bosch washer and dryer. They are accurate with their diagnostics and fair priced in comparison to other appliance repair services. We always recommend them to our clients especially for Miele appliances which is one of their specialty brands. They also have a strong focus in the Manhattan New York City area which is where most of our clients reside.

This was the best service/repair experience I've ever had. Our LG washer/dryer was kaput. I called and spoke to Fabian at Lumina Appliance Repair on Saturday, had a repairman out on Sunday morning! He worked quickly, explained everything he was doing (which I appreciate) cleaned up after himself, charged a reasonable rate and was just overall pleasant and professional.
