Overall good job. However, once completed the roof had bubbles on it. I asked him to come back and never did. I hope he honors the warrant if I have any problems. He did come and do the work very quickly and affordable. He just didn’t come back and follow up.

He gives you a bid and leads you to believe he is a large company. He is not. He subcontracts his work. One person took 2 and half weeks to do my roof. Be cautious and get other bids. Don't be so trustworthy and never never pay him full.

I had a good experience with Mier Contracting...Roman did a good job explaining and taking pictures of b4 and after while doing repairs on my roof.. and the company offered a good 5 year warranty.

Roman responded to the request quickly and came out on the same day. He worked with my schedule and offered a warranty on the services provided.

The person who came to my house Roman was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He came to give me an estimate but went much further detailing my issues and gave my several options on how I should proceed with my roof repair.

Customer service is horrible. They took my money and will not call back to fix their problem. Left me with more issues than I originally had. Say they will come back to fix it and then no-show me. Feel as though they took my money and ran. Please do not use this company at all. Would not recommend to an animal.

Roman and his helper arrived promptly and did a fine job of inspection and repair. They did a careful inspection and were more than happy to look at anything I pointed out (from the ground) and make any necessary repair. I would recommend their services to anyone needing roof work.

DO NOT HIRE Mier Contracting Group. Roman Zamora is a thief. He initially asked me to cash app him the total amount for the contracted job. Obviously, that is ridiculous. Long story short, Roman took some money from me and the project was never completed. He also fraudulently use my card to purchase material that was not for my project. I do not know who is writing these fake reviews. But Mier and Roman - the owner are absolute thieves. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Phenomenal service! I needed roof repairs, siding and wood rotten replacements, for my new home that I am purchasing. All of this needed to be completed before the inspector came out. They came early in the morning to complete everything and also gave me knowledge about my roof. I highly recommend Mier Contracting to anybody who needs services. Mier Contracting Group LLC, replaced my old roof with a brand-new roof they did a fantastic job, cleaned up completely after the job was done, then came back a few days later after the rain and inspected my roof. They didn't just take my money and ran. Mier Contracting Group LLC came highly recommended by HOMEADVISOR and a couple of people, I was most satisfied with them showing up on time, excellent communication and doing the job in the timeframe I was promised even in the rain. I would like to thank Mier Contracting Group LLC owner for his exceptional service. He was exceptionally customer service oriented. They did an outstanding job, and the roof looks amazing and is a very professional company, very easy to work with and the price was what was quoted with no surprises.
