The customer service was exceptionally good with the knowledge of the proucts (HVAC systems) they are selling and servicing . The technical crew dressed the part and was exceptional polite with "Good Morning" Ms. Brown we're here to service you today. This was for me a breath of fresh "Aire"from a company that you are doing business with for the haul. "Mighty Air" will be servicing the product my (HVAC System) that I have purchased.

I have used Mighty Pro for many years. They always do good work and charge a fair price. I recommend them to everyone!

GOT BAIT AND SWITCHED.. DO NOT RECOMMEND. technician came to my house asses the issue and said my air handler unit needed heat strips.. told me it would be 758.00 to add heat strips to the unit and that he HAD the parts available and that he would be back later the SAME DAY to install them..... shocked after seeing that ridiculously high bill. i told them the only way i would move forward paying that high bill is if he could 100% undeniably come back the same day to install the heat strips. he said "yes, absolutely it will just be later today after i get the parts that we have confirmed we have them"...he double confirmed this fast forward 3 hours later i get a call from headquarters telling me that now they can only get the parts on hand to install tomorrow which is not at all what i agreed to and contradicts what the technician told me. had i known this i would have hired someone else that i knew for sure had the parts and could have done it much cheaper..

Adam was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Got the work done quickly and was very pleasant to talk to. Would definitely recommend him as a tech.

The reason I use Mighty Air is.....TRUST! I never have to worry about them recommending things my system does not need, which is rare in the AC industry. I also love that they always check to see if the broken parts are under warranty and then they advocate for me with the manufacture to get those parts replaced for free under warranty, which was the case this time. I would not call anybody else!! You guys rock!!! Thank you

Mighty Air is very reliable and their work is excellent. The Technicians are all couteous and professional.

Installer was personable and knowledgeable. The reason why I gave a four was because when the installer left he forgot to turn the switch back on and we had no heat. I have to call them back. Otherwise he did a good job.
