Had them install a whole-home humidifier and they were great. The original install went without issue. After the install, there was a bit of a thunking noise that was occurring. Called them up and they sent someone out the next day. They added a hammer arrester and it fixed the problem. I also had a dripping noise and they had two people help troubleshoot that even though it turned out not to be related to their work at all. I will definitely call them next time I need any work done!

I loved their professionalism. They know their products, showed me what they would use and how they would proceed, the installer was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. I will use this company again for other projects.

Mighty Plumbing and Heating LLC out of Brighton do an amazing job. I am a single, older woman and to get an email with a picture of the technicians headed my way, with the map and ETA for them made me very comfortable about having these guys in my home. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They were thorough in the installation and made sure everything was correct and worked properly. My 40 year old furnace was squeeking and occasionally would make a wonderful bang noise when it kicked on. I was very concerned that it wouldn't make it the whole winter and I did not have the savings to replace it. Having Mighty first gift me a furnace in a local giveaway and then turn out and do such an amazing job for me is probably the best thing that happened all of 2020! They are an exemplary company, they do good work and they give back to the community. This made my day in so many ways. Now I have a beautiful new RUUD furnace and my home is even warmer.

Ezekiel and Jeremy were amazing! The work was difficult but they found a less intrusive solution. The pricing/quote was more than fair. They explained everything they did. They kept the house clean, wore masks, and booty covers and cleaned up everything after the job. They were very professional all day long. The office and mail response were quick and concise. Fair pricing. Holds to price even if obstacles arise

It was a great experience from start to finish, very professional as well as down to earth. He was fast and extremely efficient. The price was very competitive.

$155/hour is twice what local handymen charge. The person who came was good - he tackled the job right away (though he spent an hour buying a drill bit I would have thought he'd already have - a 6" hole cutter for vent pipes - which are not uncommon in the business of "ductwork"). He did not grout the outside unit - and I'm not sure he screwed it in place - 4 screws required - I forgot to ask) ... but what he did do - drill the hole & join the piping he did well and with a good attitude and lots of energy. I appreciated the prompt response when I called and the ability to do the work immediately on what was billed as an "estimate" visit - that made a big difference to me as the previous folks (from Appliance Factory) took weeks just to give an estimate and, when they came a week later to do the work, walked away from the job, claiming they "couldn't park their truck (?!)".

This is a FIVE Star company. Technician was very detailed and very forthcoming. They came on time and gave me a quote. Decided to go with Mighty Plumbing because the technician was so knowledgeable. They replaced my sewer line in half and came back that night to scope it to show me the new pipe. Everything was done professionally and courteously. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Chad was great and very knowledgeable about using EcoBee Smart thermostats and zoned boiler heat systems.

I hired them on an emergency basis after getting a bid from another company to replace washer faucets and the pressure regulator. They were much less expensive but appeared to do a good job a lot faster than I thought they would. I will probably hire them for replacing my water heater when I can afford it.
