We've grown increasingly skittish over the last few years with regard to building contractors and other professional services, as they've been unreliable, unprofessional, or uncommunicative... or all three. Not knowing why good contractors have become harder to find (and why they think it’s OK to “ghost” clients), I've had to make a conscious effort to stay on guard as I seek out others' help, so I don't project my skepticism and inadvertently alienate or, otherwise, trigger them. Despite our best and continued efforts, we generally, haven't had good outcomes. Jonathan, however, is a fantastically professional, cordial, and thoroughly communicative representative of your company who follows up as he promises and kept us informed of any changes. The crew that arrived to perform the work were also courteous, communicative, cordial, and professional. They were in AND OUT in less time than I expected to go back out to observe their progress. Everything looks great (including the style and color match of the existing decade-old shingles). Any debris/waste was cleaned up, and they pleasantly answered any final questions. I understand that a smaller job or repair is somtimes troublesome or less lucrative, but no less essential to a customer; so the service provided is greatly appreciated. Additionally, it firmly places a business such as yours atop our list for the future roofing and other construction projects we will need. You will also be a top referred business to family and friends who, like us, are more frantically in search of good contractors/service companies, lately. Tony Bedell worked closely with me and my insurance company to coordinate estimates and payments, making the process smooth and stress-free. Tony replaced our roof just last month and did a great job. He was extremely easy/flexible to work with and was very prompt. The quality of the roof is top notch and the overall experience couldn't have been better. Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone needing his services.

We have a cedar roof (which came with house, would not recommend) and have maintenance done on it every 5 yrs Mighty Dog Roofing has been the best Co. we have worked with.
