I choose Mighty Dog Roofing of Columbus to replace our roof because of hard work that . Mitch Baddley didi working with our insurance company for six months to get our claim paid in full. MightyDog is a very professional company that does incredible roofing. Mitch is their estimator who has worked very hard to insure my roof was done properly and has also worked with my insurance company to tie up all loose ends. I highly recommend MightyDog roofing.

A newer company to the area, and the service was outstanding. It impressed me more than the other 2 bids I received for my project. Mitch was fantastic, and stayed in constant communication throughout the process, answering the many, many questions I had. Lol. He was able to offer solutions to a water-damaged area involving the roof over my garage. The crew was quick and efficient and did an amazing job on the roof. Mighty Dog took care of the warranty registration for my new roof. I also had my gutters and gutter guards replaced. The crew who handled that part of my project was fantastic! I had some major siding damage resulting from the leaky garage roof. The siding repair costs went over the initial estimate due to the extent of the damage discovered as more layers of the siding were removed. The extra costs were fair and reasonable. The quality of the siding repair work was impressive! The 2 contractors who completed the siding repair took their time to ensure everything was correct. Any issues I experienced were addressed quickly and efficiently. This is an important part of the process as well. Mighty Dog takes pictures of projects, including before and after, as well as any damage found and repairs made. The information is maintained in a Mighty Dog customer vault for future reference. Mighty Dog Roofing Columbus West continues to improve their business model by asking customers what they could have done better or different, rather than being inflexible or stagnant. Not the cheapest out of the 3 estimates I received, however, I would most definitely hire them again! I have already referred them to a coworker and a neighbor!
