I am very pleased with the quality of service I received,duct work was vacuumed, vents were wiped clean. i noticed a difference right away. I made the right choice, mighty ducts will treat you right.

The only thing that bothered me was it seemed like it was a group that worked together. No one came with Mighty Ducts badge/ID/shirt so I was a little skeptical but I figured they were only cleaning the vents. Overall, he did a good job, was very nice and finished on time. Also the reciept was just an email with the price paid. Once again no Mighty Ducts label.

Good service overall

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received, my duct and vents were cleaned and I noticed the difference almost immediately. After a few days I was convinced that I made a very good choice by having Mighty Ducks clean my air ducks. Allen and Sean really resolved my dust problem. I did have my ducts cleaned by an advertised cleaning service (newspaper) that really didn't help at all. Mighty Ducks, Allen and Sean are for real!

He showed up on time. He was very polite and courteous and acted in a professional manner.

I felt the cost was too high for the work necessary to clean my system because it was not as bad as they usually find. I If I remember right it cost around $200.00 per hour. for three hours work.

Friendly staff. Professional job. Good price. My air ducts have never been cleaner, and they don't just stop at the ceiling vents and boxes. They clean as much into the air system as they possibly can, and won't sell you something you don't need. 100% satisfied.

Mr. Matherne was the best contractor with whom I have dealt in my 52 years of owning rental property. He has the BEST customer relations skills and his project was finished in a timely and competent fashion. His pricing was less than another Home Advisor contractor who also bid on this project. He replaced duct work beneath a raised building in August in Baton Rouge. The duct work serves three ground level apartments. The temperature was 96 degrees and it was very humid. The conditions were awful. In spite of that, his work was outstanding.

This company was very informative and professional. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up well after themselves. They were both polite and thoughtful. We would hire them again.
