On time, courteous, well-done repair. Great to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The electrician turned on the circuit breaker. The outlet on the outside of our house does not hold the current the GFI switches off and at times the electricity throughout the house is turned off and we have to turn on the circuit breakers.

After being there late for a job that was to hang three fan lights and run a line for the third. I left to take care of business . While I was out my wife called and told me we had major problems with our electric system. I returned home and listened to the tech's inspection. After him telling me all my problems and telling me the last electrician who I got from service magic had caused all kinds of problems he told me he could not finish on that day. Knowledge one electric I checked and had a inspector from the city of Tempe were my works take a look. Before that when the tech said he would not finish that day. A job that should take a max of 6 hours I told him to install the two lights in the living room and do the other light the next day. when if got home 6 hours later all he did was take down one fan light and put up a replacement. So he spends 7 hours and all he put up was a replacement light that I could do myself in 1 and half hours . He had to return and gave her a estimate to repair our electric. Our house is only 9 years old and the inspector didn't find all the problems he said were there. I then sat down and looked at the estimate and found out that he was double billing us by rewording the work. I called his boss and he came out and looked and the bill was reduced 500.00 dollars. So a job that should have taken 7 hours ended up being 3 days and I lost 2 days work. So the 500.00 dollars double billing cost me almost 700.00 in lost wages. They were the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them and I think I will fill a complaint with the register of contractors. My hope you invoke some kind of action with this problem. Beside their high price and the double billing .

Mike Bensel was right on the job when I really needed someone quick. He was very courteous, thorough, patient (very patient!), and explained everything all the way through the whole job. When the job was finished he made sure we understood what needed to be done to finish the job properly, and also gave me his bid for the job. What I really thought was great is that he provided all the options possible to fit our needs, timing, and budget. We were able to choose which way we wanted the repair to be done. His work was very professional and he was very conscience to our needs and concerns. I would hire Mike again, hands down!! Thanks!

The Electrician did an excellent job of installing the fans. He was On Time and did everything as promised. Only issue I have is I think they are a little overpriced.

The two technicians were very professional , clean and knew evidently the job. They put covers over their shoes when entering the house , which made my wife very happy as she is a clean freak . They also covered the floor around the installation . I would definitely recommend this company for electrical work to be performed .
