Tile & Grout Cleaning

I initially hired Mighty Green Organic Cleaners to clean my tile tub surround and tile on my walls. A grout repair was also included with this. The price seemed a bit high for what I got, but I was still impressed enough to have him do my tile and grout on the floor for the same bathroom. He came out to do that and charged $200 extra dollars and said he would be back to put sealant on my tile floor the next week (this was definitely needed, so I expected this). I contacted him the next week to get him scheduled to come and finish the work, but he informed me that he had a death in the family, so I gave him time to grieve and get any affairs in order that needed to be handled. Three weeks passed and I asked if he was up to coming back out yet, and he did not respond by either text or calls. I waited another week, and asked if he knew of someone else that could finish the work, and he did not respond. I tried again the next week with texts and calls, but I have yet to get a response, so I have accepted this as a loss. In the meantime, the grout on the floor has come up in places, so I need to find someone else to come and fix it, and put sealant on over the tile and grout. I was supposed to be putting my home up for sale soon after this, but I have been extremely delayed, as I need to get this fixed before showing my home. This has been a big learning experience for me in trusting people to do work for you. Always get references from people you know, not just HomeAdvisor :-/

He came out twice and gave me promises that he would redo a few spots that needed attention. They did not follow up on appointments. Still have stains in carpets
