Called, got an initial estimate and hired them to come do the job. Once they arrived, they looked at the extent of the job, square footage, etc... and the quote went up slightly. Understandable, ok. Thought it was a great price. Then their machine broke. They told me they would come back out the next week when their machine was fixed and complete the job for the same price; and then they left (without charging for the partial floor job they did, good). I call them a few days later and they tell me they have to increase the quote by 4x due to the extent of the job. They were here, saw the job, square footage and all, and the only thing that changed was their machine broke. So now in order for me to get the job done by them they need me to pay $2/sq. ft, vs. the $0.50 quoted to me, in my house. Granted, this new price included stripping wax (initial job) and possible cleaning, but never once offered to come back out and finish the job as originally quoted. Horrible way to do business, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay Away! What a scam company.
