Extremely disorganized. Four follow-up visits were supposed to be included but they removed the traps on the third visit. Their own staff was ?surprised? to learn from ME that there were no traps to remove when she was on her way for the fourth visit. Not only did they not know what they were doing, they didn?t even know what they had done!

They were so helpful and it was on a weekend! We need someone to come out ASAP and removing a dead animal in a horribly difficult place under the house. They were great and gotthe job done right away. Will likely be calling them back to rodent proof that area of the house.

We hired Mighty Men to take care of a raccoon problem at a rental property. They were quick to trap the raccoons but failed on the clean up. They said that they could replace any insulation that is removed but never did. They ended up closing up the area without replacing the insulation and failed to tell me. I had to call the company to see what exactly was done before they admitted that they did not replace the insulation. So it seems to me that they were hoping I did not notice that the insulation was not replaced. The company is now telling me the technician did not have any insulation on hand to finish the clean up but he never communicated that to me before I agreed to the clean up service. Now they want another $800 to come back to replace the insulation and charge for 4 hours of labor. If I had known that they could not complete the job and would charge me again to come out I would never have hired them for the clean up. They also said that the owner would contact me to discuss but she never did. Poor customer service.

Very responsive, empathetic, and priced fairly compared to many other bids I received. They are knowledgeable and professional as well. Highly recommend, as they followed through every step of the way, and even helped me communicate with the tenant at the property.
