Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
We hired them to remove popcorn ceilings and paint the ceilings. Did they do this? Yes. Did they leave a mess that is about to cost us at least $300 to clean up? Yes. Communication was the biggest issue. We never knew when they were coming to work, and they never let us know when they were leaving. So our home would be unoccupied and unlocked for who knows how long. The only communication we would get is asking for more money. They left the project unfinished, and we have yet to hear back from them. They destroyed our new carpet, despite asking them multiple times to keep it nice. Huge paint stains in multiple places. We also have paint dripping down our crown moldings and walls. People should stay as far away from this group. We were hesitant to hire them because they had such small internet presence, but trusted them since they are an Angi verified group. Ultimately this has destroyed our faith in Angi.com as well.
