Chris and his crew were wonderful. They got the moss off our roof, cleaned gutters, cleared the stuff that fell on the ground and they did much of it in the rain. The appointment was easy to set up and they were here exactly when they said they would be. I would hire them again in a second.

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
These guys were great. Kept me posted about arrival time. Looked over my roof for possible problems. Very personable! My previous gutter cleaners used a leaf blower to clean up stray leaves which these guys did not do but perhaps I'm spoiled to expect that. Highly recommend!

"Apologize for not doing that will keep that in mind for future gutter cleaning Jobs."

Awaiting a follow-up visit. The two men who worked on our roof were both Vets, one Army one Marine. They were very courteous and once here at 9 am they worked all day long without a break... We could tell. They used proper safety protection including safety belts while on the roof and used two different chemicals and lots of physically scraping to get the bigger areas accumulation off. We offered to get them lunch and sodas. They politely declined and kept at it. We suggested when it got dark they come back another day to finish. They kept worked using headlamps. They felt that they wanted to let the chemicals work a little longer before they finished our gazebo and said they would be back in about two weeks. Waiting for that, but it has been less than two weeks. That is why I have given them 4 stars on work quality, customer service, and value for money. I have no idea whether what they charged was a fair value for money as I did not get other estimates. Probably not the best approach but we wanted to get the work done. At 71 there was not a chance I would climb up on our three-story roof.
Response from Mighty Mouse Pressure Washing
"Thank you for the feedback I will definitely be getting in touch with you here very soon to get the gazebo finished"
