Luckily, found this pro to hire after first contact for powerwashing my home came by to give estimate but failed to contact me the same evening as promised. Tim of Appalachian Pro Clean came by on Friday afternoon gave me an estimate of cost and scheduled the job while here. Crew came as promised Tuesday,10/8/2019 though slightly late but I received a call and email advising of delay of arrival. Once at my home they went to work immediately and completed the project in approximately 2 hours. All in all very happy with end result and communication by pro. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I hired them to clean the windows on my one story home. I advised them on the phone that I had older, wooded window frames that were hard to clean and needed cleaning inside and out. They gave an estimate that was 28 dollars less than the other I had received. They had called me first and seemed eager to do the job so I hired them. They called the first morning they were scheduled to do the work and explained he forgot it was labor day so they couldn't come. I rescheduled with them for the following Friday. Two people showed up but only one worked on my windows as far as I could tell. The guy over the job politely complained a bit about the amount of work and said it's my fault but I should have quoted you double on this job &. I explained to him that I had another quote that was only 28 dollars more than his. He seemed surprised. The work was sub par. I had to go behind them and clean debris out of several windows. My home is only one story. I can easily clean the surface of my windows myself. I hired professionals to take them apart and clean out the inside which they acted like the didn't realize was part of the job. They also left the screens out of two windows. They took them out to clean but apparently couldn't figure out how to put them back in so they just left them. There was no follow up with me to check and see if I was satisfied - which I was wasn't. Will not hire again.
