On-time service. The service is professional and did a good job.

Quick and prompt response to schedule the visit. The person who came was courteous and polite and professional. The carpet cleaning though looked about the same as previously done with lower cost company. To be fair, they were willing to come back to fix spots but our Verizon phone stopped working. I imagine the company may have tried to contact us to schedule coming back during the time the phone was not working. We didn't get a chance to follow up after the phone was fixed maybe a week later.

I was running late and not home when they arrived. They were very patient while they waited for me. He explained the process and charges upfront. Charges were slightly less than other quotes, but they did a MUCH better job than another company I used in the past or when I have done it myself.

Very friendly and accommodating, the tech communicates his arrival in an advance call (very helpful), and the entire cleaning process is fairly quick. I'd hire them again without hesitation.
