I did a One-Time Deep Clean for you, 6 months ago in October 2019, and unfortunately you were not happy with a few things. You made it clear to me what I missed, so I made the time to come back and fix the things I missed in your beautiful home. I took pictures of each item I missed confirming with you, that I corrected it. Plus gave you a $25 refund for any trouble and inconvenience my company may have."

Had a fantastic experience with Kendle. As soon as I put my request in, she responded in less than 2 minutes. I was looking for a deep clean of our apartment, which she was more than willing to accommodate. We made arrangements by phone, which she followed up before hand to confirm, and showed up a touch early to get started, which was great! (She called ahead to verify she was on the way and I was home). She was very friendly and personable. Work was very thorough. She made sure to have me check each area, and verify it was clean to my satisfaction, and was more than willing to address anything which wasn't to my standards (which there was none. It was all done right the first time). I would highly recommend Mighty Tidy to anyone looking for cleaning from a 1 time clean to weekly or monthly maintenance!

They worked hard, but I kind of got the impression that they're new at this. Little things, like asking to use my vacuum and leaving sneaker prints on my couch because one of them was obviously standing on it to clean the windows above the couch. Nice couple, good service, good value for the money.
