He was very knowledgable diagnosing where the problem was occurring and the steps to fix the problem. He gave a fair quote and a senior discount on top of that. His expertise showed in the quick and thorough manner in which he performed. I highly recommend their service. I have had no further problems, but, if I do, I'll call Mighty Wrench.
