Miguel's Roofing

I contracted and paid for 3/4" CDX plywood. They installed substandard 7/16" OSB. They left piles of debris. I contracted and paid for new insulation. They didn't install any.

They need to go to school and learn how to do their job properly, they do not answer the phone, you cannot get a hold of them, they give a 7 years warranty and you cannot even get them on the phone, email and everything, for them to come and fix it

I hired Miguel Roofing to install a roof and gutters on my garage. They were quick with the estimate and were able to get me on the schedule. The team worked very hard and did a good job on the part of the job they actually finished. They never completed the installation of the gutters. I was told their machine was broken and that they would be back to finish the gutters. I have reached out multiple times and have been told they would take care of it the next day, two days later, etc. It has been multiple weeks, and I have yet to see or hear from them about the gutter installation. Additionally, they left well over 2 pounds of nails and metal debris in my yard and flower beds. I would not recommend them based on their poor business practices. Edit: After the above-mentioned original post, Miguel contacted me and made arrangements for the gutters to be placed the next day. The team showed up and completed the project. However, they tossed the old gutters behind my garage without disposing of them.

They roofed my house during the heatwave and handled it well

This was the best service I have have ever received. They were so respectful, professional and thorough. I really can't tell you how happy I am with their service. It looks amazing!!
