Miguel Lopez

We hired B&M Remodeling Services to install tile on my outdoor bar. The job was completed on April 2, and the quality of work is very poor. One tile is already cracked, the tiles are uneven, grout lines are inconsistent, there are holes in the grout, corners and edges are sloppy, and the tile was left with grout haze and not properly cleaned. I had another professional tile installer come look at the work and he said this is one of the worst tile jobs he has ever seen. That was very embarrassing and disappointing to hear after paying for this job. I paid for professional tile work and did not receive professional results. At this point it looks like we are headed to small claims court. I would not recommend B&M Remodeling Services for tile work. Poor quality workmanship. After looking over their website, it?s clear tile is not their specialty. This looks like drywall work, not professional tile work.

He showed up when he said he would and came back like he said he would to finish the job

Miguel was very professional! He answered our calls and texts. He showed up when he said he would. He did a great job at repairing our ceiling. We couldnâ t have asked for anything more! We highly recommend him and will be calling him again for future projects.

Miguel Lopez is very professional with what he does! We enjoyed having him do the work for us. My husband really liked him and that means a lot!

He's real meticulous and a hard work and got it done when he said he would.
