First, I appreciated the format of his bid. It was itemized and stated in language that I could understand. Second, when I contacted him to let him know his bid was selected, he was quick to respond and get me on his calendar. There were a team of three. They worked quietly and quickly. Clearing their work space and carefully covering my belongings to protect from damage. When I had questions, Miguel took the time to answer thoroughly before returning to his task. What really impressed me was Miguel noticed a couple of things that were not written in the contract, nor did I request them to be tended to. As time progressed, he noticed the attic access door needed to be painted, so he took care of it. And there was trim in the hall he took care of painting that also was not in the contract. And finally above the fireplace was an issue that needed retaping and painting. As a customer I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. There was no nickel and diming. It was just good customer service.

He contacted me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work. It only took him took about a half hour to install a dog door and his price was fair.

Miguel is great, he is very professional and fast. He knows what needs to be done and does it. I had him install a stair railing, add a door between my laundry and kitchen, fix my bathtub drain and add dryer vents for new laundry rooms. They did so well I hired them again for the front door!

Good craftsman, had to correct deficient work from previous contractor I had hired and did an excellent job. Quoted a flat rate and completed the job in one day, where others might have taken two days/ Miguel has all the proper equipment, sets up, works fast and cleans up after finished. Very pleased and will hire in few weeks to replace a patio.

Miguel responded in a timely manner. He came out a looked at the problem and gave me an price and time for repair. Even though weather was not good and might not be able to come he kept in contact with me and when weather cleared the same day repairs were made. He cleaned up the area and even help with a minor light fixture issue in my kitchen at no cost. He was very professional
