Somwhat hard to reach by phone, late, not as communicative about delays etc. as desired. Did not complete sealing of tile (this was after the job was mostly, paid for - but they promised to return to seal the grout - reminder calls made, but no response). Also, the flat-floored shower wasn't sloped properly, so standing water remains when you're done taking a shower. OK guys, work quality OK, just not organized and responsive enought. In their favor, they were cheap, and they did not trash the place when doing the tile work.
