Miguels lawn service

I hired Miguel to install new irrigation (sprinkler lines) for my backyard rental. Also, to install new sod. His price was good, but the project took much longer than he said. In addition, I hired him to install new sod in the front yard. Unfortunately, it was about a month after when my neighbors complained that the sprinklers were flooded their yard. In addition, Miguel did not install enough sod for the front, leaving short several feet. One corner was suppose to have gravel installed with bender board. When I finally inspected the work it was unsatisfactory. I called him to check out the sprinklers and sod, but never heard back.

Stopped showing up after the first month. Did not return emails or phone calls.

I hired them for yard clean up and sprinkler installation.Although they did complete the sprinkler installation, some of them do not work correctly and when I called hime he would not answer his phone. Then the phone was turned off. They did weed eat and mow but they also left piles of yard debris and their garbage in my yard. I did not notice as it was dark when they left. Now i have to hire someone else to come fix the sprinklers and clean the yard again

Miquel was very professional. Trying to find someone to do my lawn on the weekend was hectic, but Miquel stated he would work with me on working in the evening or on the weekend.
