Took care of the routine maintenance on my roof and made sure all the stacks were in place and waterproofed. They spoke of a maintenance program but never did follow up, probably due to the long driving distance.

Failed to return to finish the job.

Ben and Denise were wonderful to deal with. The work was done quickly, professionally without any hassles whatsoever. They are truly what you are looking for in professionalism and efficiency. If I could give them more stars I would, I will definitely look to them for any future projects!

Of the roofers on this site Mike Dean was the only one that called and showed up for the estimate. The gentleman that showed up was knowledgeable and did a great inspection of my roof. He checked the areas I said I had leaks and climbed through the attic as well. The quoted price was approximately $1,100 which covered removing and replacing roofing and flashing around the chimney and adding or replacing boots around vent pipes . The work was done a few days after the estimate by two workers who were on time and professional. The work appears to have been excellent since I have had no leaks since repairs were made and have had numerous heavy rains in the 6+ months that have passed.

I was very pleased with the estimator/supervisor of the work who gave a very comprehensive summary of the repairs necessary to deal with the leaks. I am not able to inspect the work personally but believe that a very thorough job was performed.

Mike Dean Construction went above and beyond for us, we had some shingles replaced, and a roof inspection/certificate done with pictures for insurance purposes. Very pleased with the company, the work and WILL use this company when we need roof work or a new roof! Highly recommend this company!
