The Roofing Store was hired to install metal roofing and metal siding on one commercial building at a self storage facility and metal roofing on another. On the first building the roofing and siding installation went well although there was a quality problem with the installation of the metal siding. There were numerous scratches on the new metal siding, due to it not being handled carefully, which were repaired with touch up paint. It appeared that a subcontractor started the siding and after the damage was reported, the Roofing Store finished the installation. The second metal roof was installed and, shortly after the first heavy rain, the roof was found by storage customers to be leaking. Several seams were found to be leaking. The problem was ultimately satisfactorily resolved but it required too many follow up calls to their office to get a response and a resolution. Overall good value. Although the staff was cordial, there is room for improvement on customer communications and problem resolution. Thank you, Dan Sullivan

Very knowledgeable about the issue with my roof. Great customer service, called and came out same day to evaluate. Took pictures to show me area of problem and how they would approach rectifying.. Scheduled work as soon as possible and showed up. I felt confident that they knew how to fix . Price was reasonable.

Very satisfied with the whole process, with the exception of the dumpster company's driver who got tangled up with our tree. The roofers were very polite, hardworking, neat and quick. Our house had a new roof in record time!

If you are looking for a General Contractor, I suggest contacting The Roofing Store first... they will give you all the information you will need to compare all other options. Take copious notes on all possible contractors and let the evidence guide you to your choice.

Barring certain unavoidable delays, mostly weather and illness, when the work started it was done quickly, efficiently, professionally. And they cleaned up afterward.

This company was a little more expensive than their competition, But they did what they said they would. We have more projects in the future, and we will be using them again. When money is tight we want our job done right the first time, And they went above and beyond. Great job and we will give you a reference anytime. Thanks again Very satisfied customer.

This has been the most professional experience I've had with ANY contractor! All concerns/issues were addressed immediately and resolved to my complete satisfaction. The quality of the work performed was outstanding and contributed to the complete rejuvenation of our home. It appears that Mike's philodophy is: "I'll do what is necessary to satisfy the customer."

Substituted a different brand of metal roofing than contract called for without telling us. We did not know this until job was almost complete, when I questioned the change I was assured I would still have the same warranty as the contract stated, however, the job was completed in July, it is now October, and I still have not been told what was installed on my house. This basically leaves me with no warranty and the lose of a tax credit for an energy efficient roof.

Mike met with me to discuss the project and options available at my convience - the work site was always well maintained, the crew courteous and professional and at the end of the job - you could hardly tell a major renovation had taken place. It is obvious Mike and his crew take great pride in what they do, are customer focused, detail oriented and overall provide excellent service.

They came when they said they would, from our first request for an estimate, to the final checkup when the job was done. Four months later, when we experienced some bad severe winds which damaged our new roof, they were at our house within two hours and they fixed it quickly and with no hassle. Their crew is pleasant and helpful, answers questions and cleans up after they finish the work. They answer phones with real people more often than not. This is important. Voice mail and answering machines don't cut it when you have problem or a question. We will hire Mike Driscoll Building and Remodeling again when we need work done on our home

We are not done with our project, as we found some serious issues when roof work began. Mike and Al have gone above and beyond in helping us deal with these issues. Mike met with us and the insurance agent when he came out to help the agent assess the situation. Mike went to bat for us and it was greatly appreciated. This is turning ut to be a much bigger job, and these men and their workers have not flinched one bit.

Mike Driscoll was very professional, honest and his crew were extremely efficient and hardworking. They finished the job in record time, cleaned up thoroughly before leaving and exceeded my expectations in every respect. I will, and have recommended them to numerous neighbor's and friends who themselves were pleased by their performance. Fantastic job.
