Mike is a very good communicator, which we appreciated.

I got a little in over my head trying to work through a home plumbing project myself and I consider myself lucky to have made contact with Mike Johnson. He was very clear and direct in assessing my problem and was generous with advise, and answers to my questions and gave me a few tips about my project along the way. This was a small job, but Mike was focused and thorough and gave me the impression that he cares about the quality of his interaction with his customers in the same way he cares about the quality of his work. He has my full recommendation.

Mike returned my inquiry right away and was available for a visit quickly. I had a couple of minor plumbing concerns (one leak, broken dishwasher diagnosis, toilet repair) and Mike took care of them at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again.

Mike came when he said he would, did what he agreed to do, and completed the job professionally. I had originally asked him to install a battery back up sump pump with a bigger capacity than the one I had installed as when it rains a lot, if the electricity goes out, I need a high capacity back up pump. Mike suggested a water powered back up pump, and installed it flawlessly. The water powered pump seems like a great solution, I only hope it has the pumping capacity when needed. Mike says he has installed a lot of these and they all have worked well when needed.

Mike Johnson is a knowledgeable professional. I found my interaction to be first class and Mike did a great job. Mike was very responsive, on-time and did exactly what he said he would do. I had Mike separate my oil water boiler and heating system and had him add an electric water heater instead with the cost of oil today. Everything was fine, he completed the job in a few hours and got out of there quickly I would recommend Mike Johnson to anyone looking for a good plumber that is trust worthy and professional yet small and responsive enough to get things done quickly.

Ifeel like he was to expensive considering he just replaced the shower head............He was at my house for 12 minutes to replace the shower faucet and charged me $135, that's an hourly rate of $675.................don't heart surgeons make that much??.......I had to request a receipt
