I hired Mike to build a large, composite deck on my property back in April. Mike did everything he said he was going to do (drafting plans, getting the permit, demoing the old stairs, buying the materials and installing the new deck). He was completely professional and thoughtful. He showed up when he said that he would and did the job to satisfaction. If there were areas in our discussion that were unclear, he approached us to get approval before making the changes. He was thoughtful and had great ideas. He made sure that the area was appropriately clean. We had an issue with buying the materials from Lowe's in a timely manner and Mike interceded to help us out with his connections. Mike's pricing was very fair - best I could find. I would highly recommend Loiselle Contracting and already have and from my recommendations, he has been hired on subsequent jobs. Again - I would highly recommend Mr. Mike Loiselle - terrific experience!!

In all respects , I found Mike capable, efficient and considerate of my needs- I thought it would be impossible to hire someone for such a limited job, but his estimate was prompt and acceptable and the work likewise. I will definitely hire him again .

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as others with Mike. I will say that he is nice guy and would have probably done a great job. I asked mike to fix the wrap around porch on my house. This was in March. The estimate was very fair and I submitted half up front. April came and I think he might have been working on a more lucrative job because he never returned to actually perform the work. I had emails saying that he would be out the next week, nothing. Be out the next week, again nothing. I would only get a status when I sent an email , about once every 2 weeks. Its now almost June, and I sent one last email to tell Mike that I can't wait longer the 1 more week. No response. I'm out my deposit and moving on to another contractor.

I hired Mike for a cabinet install. He's an awesome guy and very pleasant to work with. You won't be disappointed! He did a phenomenal job on my new kitchen, it's absolutely amazing. He came in, did the job quickly and with high quality. He checked in to make sure I was up-to-date on the job. You will not be disappointed in hiring Mike. He was fantastic to work with and I will hire him again.
