the contractors were very nice and cleaned everything up. when we went to stain the deck we started noticing quite a bit of the wood used had large cracks in them . i am concerned they will split when winter sets in.

No follow up at all, did not respond to our phone calls after the deck was built and paid for. We are not happy with the severe splitting and bowing of the wood.

"We did follow-up with the customer. The customer must stain or protect the wood. This customer did not protect the wood and it started splitting and bowing. In our warranty it states that you must take action to protect the wood, this customer did not and the wood started splitting. The deck was permitted and built very well and to code with quality materials."

Fence was up in 3 days - installer has to return to install 2 sections that we needed. Rob was good at keeping me updated on any necessary changes.

The overall project experience was horrible. They got off to a good start with the patio, but failed inspections for the post holes for the deck. We hired them to build an outdoor kitchen on a deck, a patio and pergolas over both the deck and patio. They failed plumbing/electrical/post holes inspections. The project was projected to take 6 weeks. 9 months later they did not return to finish the job. They did not return any money either for incomplete work. We should have never paid the forth payment. We tried numerous times to have them return or refund our money but failed. We had to pay an extra $5k to finish the job.

"We got all footing, framing, electric & plumbing inspections passed. The only thing we needed to finish was the Granite Tops and they wanted to get the tops installed by their own installer. We disapproved & they spent $5,000 more by paying retail instead of Wholesale. After 8 weeks they wanted to finish the job themselves & 9 months later they are just now complaining. Very unreasonable customer."

Because of the time of year, Revive was very busy in the middle of their summer building/remodeling so I had to wait. My project was not completed for over 30 days from start to finish (which was fine with me as it worked out perfectly for my needs). Materials shows up on a Thursday and the following Thursday the fence was installed. Rob and Jason were very friendly and accomodating to my requests as I wanted a small modification done somewhat unexpectedly. The old fence and materials were hauled away even before the guys had finished installing the new one! Very nice!

when we chose this company we were expecting them to be professionals and that they would guide us through with their expertise our project was tearing down/ replacing a deck it was a fairly simple plan the project was started on Aug.4th - still not complete! we had to watch each step and have had them go back over their work many times they dont' seem to care if boards are straight and appealing to the eye i was told "well it's sturdy" that's good enough They couldn't find siding to match ours "I" had to find it myself and "go get it myself"! They also filed the permit with wrong person WE had to fix that It's been a HORRIBE EXPERIENCE!

"This customer purchased a vinyl fence 4 years ago from us and were very happy, that is why we did the deck. We installed a trex deck and spaced them according to Trex specifications which the customer did not like. In the contract we wrote for the customer to find and purchase the siding because it was old (we can bring out the contract to show you that!!!). We did file the permit correctly."

Fence installed was not the fence ordered, but it was still very nice and was acceptable. The company gave us the price for the fence installed. The craftsmanship seems to be very good. Some of the better fence work I have seen in our area. The only item missing was a handle for the gate, which I can install myself. The sales guys are very helpful and accommodating as well. The extra wood is still in my driveway though... I hope they pick it up before it disappears. Overall, a good company to work with.

There were several days of delays due to weather pushing prior jobs back, however once they were on site they were quick and did a fine job. I am very pleased with the overall look of my fence, however there were some cutting imperfections when the scalloped shape was created, though its not terribly noticeable unless you look closely. Brian and his crew were polite and unobtrusive during the two day install, and I would recommend Revive to friends and family. They also offered us a 25% discount on any future building project.

The was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had with a contracting company. First, they charged an outrageous amount of money to do one of the worst decks I had ever seen. That was a rip off and I told them so. Then they had to do and redo sloppy work over and over again. I lived in a nightmare with this for over a month while I had to constantly show them what was wrong with their work over and over again. If I had to do it over again, NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS would I contract with this company.

"We charged an great price for a composite deck , the same amount we charge for all of our customers. We pulled a permit & passed all 3 inspections. The deck looks great. The customer asked us to replace some material that our supplier shipped and we replaced the material in 5 days, not 1 month, that is a complete lie. We have many positive reviews over and over again. Difficult customer & unfair."

Revive had our fence installed within 2 days, and a majority of the work was done the 2nd day and only took around 4 hours to complete. The men were very nice and professional and they also made sure to pile the trash in a single section for pick up later. We are very happy with Revive and will definitely use them for future projects, as well as recommend them to friends and neighbors. The only down side was the company they used to pick up the trash. We were told they would be there Monday (2 days after the fence was done), but they didn't show up until Thursday. Luckily the area of grass did not begin to die because of everything sitting on it for so long. Plus our neighbors didn't like the look of the trash sitting beside our driveway for almost a week. But other than that, Revive was great. Very informative from beginning to end, professional, and the price was great.
