Mike and his crew (Rick) went above and beyond to complete the job. They were highly recommended to us and now we know why. Great customer service, reliable, professional, attention to detail and amazing results!!

Mike was quick to respond. Entire job was started immediately the next day after I accepted the estimate. Mike cleaned up all the dust right after installing the drywall, which minimized any dust in the house. Rick started on the taping the next business day on Monday, then plastered, and did a knockdown finish on the ceiling. The job was completed by the end of the week. Everything was cleaned up each day, and they did an excellent job.

Mike was great to work with! Even when there was a minor hiccup on the first day that the sheetrock was to be hung (the crew that was supposed to come do it that day had car problems), Mike jumped in and made sure to get the project started to ensure it was on track for completion. We went with the resilient channel to help with sound proofing and Mike hammered that out in no time also. Rick (the finish guy) does awesome work too! We went with the knockdown ceiling and it looks fantastic! Very happy with Right Choice and their work!

Mike and team are top notch. Not only were they able to start on short notice ,but also finished prior to the estimated completion date allowing us to keep on schedule with other aspects of the project. Communication was great throughout the process and the finished product looks great!

The finished drywall looks great. Quick to respond and quick to start. I installed the drywall myself and Mike pointed out some minor changes that should be made. Mike and his crew were very professional and completed the project on time. They answered any questions I had and kept me up to date. Their work is guaranteed.

Mike is personally responsive in a timely and professional manner, he is THOROUGH and calls out any potential risky areas, and truly cares about the whole experience he and his crew provides from start to finish. Not only did we, the homeowners, use him twice (garage, then lower level renovation), we also referred him to a family member for a lower level renovation and he was impressed. But what REALLY tops it off is that the professional painting crew we had start after Right Choice Drywall was finished, they kept complimenting how great the job was and that they wish they could always follow up excellent drywall work like Mike's crew's. I know the painting crew will be referring to Right Choice Drywall moving forward as well. The .5 star deficiency was from the conversation Mike and I had transparently about various forms of payment and referrals. I respect his ability to calmly and fairly find an agreement. In an industry that is full of cons, you guys make it an enjoyable and trustworthy experience. Is it sad that we're bummed we don't have any projects on deck for you to come back to? :)

I heard about Mike and his team from a co-worker who gave fantastic reviews. From the minute I contacted Mike, he was prompt to follow up with a quote, come out for an inspection and walk me through options within my price range. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the project - giving me regular updates. The team finished right on schedule and did an amazing job. Mike also insisted on doing a walk through with me to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. While the work delivered above and beyond our expectations, I was more impressed by the great service that Mike and his team delivered. They were fantastic to work with, extremely reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing drywall services.

Mike responded right away via email and phone call that evening. Stopped by the next day to provide a formal quote and review the job. His crew came on Friday exactly as discussed. They showed up on-time were extremely courteous and hard working, even did more work than expected. Then they cleaned up, gave me the update on when to see them next. They showed up again just like discussed on time, and completed the job that Monday. Next day Mike checked in to ensure the job was complete. I would gladly hire Mike and his crew again. Just a great team of folks working hard to get the job done right, and on schedule. What more could you ask for?

Right Choice Drywall was by far the best choice to finish our basement. Mike and his team members were very professional and courteous. I called and requested a quote and Mike came out next day to provide an estimate. By the end of the day we had discussed details and I felt comfortable signing a contract without having to get another quote elsewhere. Right Choice Drywall was definitely the "right choice" They were very punctual, always on time. They did everything they said they would do and they did it in a timely manner. Mike and his team did an impeccable job at very competitive rates. After the job was paid for and complete, Mike called to just confirm everything was satisfactory. I have already recommend them for a few other friends and family.

I would definitely recommend using Mike and his company for any drywall jobs you may have. Mike was punctual (early in fact), friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. His work is second to none and completed the job and clean up very fast. Would hire him again for any drywall jobs I may have in the future.

Mike was honest, personable and his work was flawless. along with his crew our basement finishing project looks amazing and will use him several more times on future projects.

Mike is an amateur playing ball in a professional world. He'd hit a homer on the easy stuff but couldn't handle a job's curveballs. I get a call the morning Mike is supposed to start saying he is unable to start because of missing blocking in my ceiling. Mike was very agitated about how this was going to throw off his schedule for the whole week. I dropped what i was doing and rushed home to see what could possibly be lacking.... it was about 20 minutes worth of work on my part. If mike was a professional, he'd have the proper tools to take care of it. Mike says he's not a carpenter, but he still used various wood scraps around the job site as part of his drywall install... might want to think about getting a saw instead of breaking the pieces of wood in half! Mike gives flat rate bids purely based on the number of sheets he uses, so he really doesn't take the specific job into account. This was very apparent as we walked through the basement, he asked me questions as if I was an expert in drywall. It felt like he was trying to see how little work he could do for his flat rate instead of delivering hat the customer wanted. After I signed him on, he wanted to keep amending the contract because he wouldn't be able to guarantee this or that. To that point, Mike says he "specializes" in basements (how can you specialize in basement drywall?? it's drywall!), but did not know how to handle walls that were not perfectly straight, and wanted me to sign off on his inability to guarantee the entirety of his mudding work. At this point i fired him and found a must more competent crew to do the mudding. I would look elsewhere for your drywall needs unless you have brand new construction with an experienced general contractor who can oversee his work.

Mike was crazy fast...on everything. First to contact to do a bid. Bid completed the next week. Able to start the job the next week, and done in one week! Everyone else we talked with was making us wait over a month. Mike worked it out to squeeze us in his busy schedule. Amazing. He was very knowledgeable, pointing out certain things that no other company did. Things that would make his job and our lives a lot easier...not to mention our basement looking awesome. The knock down that they did on our ceiling was top notch! Everything looks beautiful!

Mike was absolutely the right choice for us! He helped us endlessly in creating a beautiful finish in our basement. He is knowledgeable in SO many areas. He and his guys were always right on time, very personable, and very polite. I contacted him one day, he was out to our house to quote us the next day, and was able to start the job the next week! The job was finished in just under a week, and it is perfect! Can't think of even one complaint. Definitely would use again!

Mike came out and gave us many options for our project. He was very professional. We had got other bids but he gave us many options and went over all details that others did not. He kept us informed throughout the project and always answered our questions. The price was right with all the other bids. The finished project is beautiful, Mike did a great job with cleaning up after he was done and after his subs were done. They were always on time which was nice with my busy schedule. I would definately hire Mike for future projects!

Be careful when hiring or before getting free estimates, unprofessional and doesn't even understand his own contracts. Creates terrible customer experiences and thinks his time is way more valuable then it really is. I would think twice before hiring, just wanted to share based on my experience to save people the headache.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and professional team. This project is right on track, this contractor is very timely and keeps to his schedule. He provided removal of all debris plus applied primer to new walls at no charge. I highly recommend Right Choice Drywall and his team.
